I think you should improve the intonation and your non-verbal communication. In terms of content, it looks organised and clear, with proper transitions, signals etc. A little bit improvement of presentation as no more presenting through reading. Good Job!
Yes, I agreed with Mabel too. Don't forget to incorporate non-verbal communication elements as well in your presentation, as these elements can caught the audience's attention to watch your presentation until the end. Good luck for your third video :-)
Good attempt for your second speech. However, there is still room for improvements. You need to project your voice louder and vary your intonation. Well, your pace of delivery is better than before but try to avoid from having abrupt pauses. In addition, work on your articulation and enunciation as at times, your speech seemed to be slurred. Do practise more on your pronunciation and diction, ya?
In regards with non-verbal communication, you're more confident, presentable and comfortable with your speech. Your eye contact is better than before- no more reading and your posture is good. But please improve your facial expression and gestures. Avoid being too serious, smiles more and employ appropriate gestures to support your points.
